Although in fairness to your repair technicians who were excellent Sears' service itself doesn't warrant more than 2 stars maximum. My washing machine broke down on 6/22/21 in the morning and when I scheduled an appointment I was able to get it the same. All went well until the technician found there was a part missing, a sensor, so he couldn't complete the repair ........
