Sears service was amazing. The technician knew the problem instantly, addressed it, and fix it...he was in and out. He was very polite and made me feel like I mattered. Kudos to the service technician ID: 0896423 is the best! My house is back up and running because of him...0896423.
I am writing because was deeply unsatisfied with my recent service of my Central AC unit on 10/4. Let us start from the beginning. I had first done my annual maintenance check up that is part of my protection agreement in mid to late August. After that visit my pregnant wife (has since delivered) and I notice slowly a certain order coming from the AC when it was running that grew stronger as the days went by. Sears does not even rate one star. They hoodwinked me with 'protection plan's on my appliances since 2001. When it has come to them 'protecting' there was a 'ummm, gee... you plan DOESN'T protect THAT! So disappointed in them. Parents and myself always for SEARS. no more. Here I come ABT.
No complaints; service rendered was fine; replacements of two belts and check-up on dryer for same was $249...seems expensive but I have no basis of comparison. My machines are 20 years old and have needed little service since purchase. Next time I might be tempted to call the contractor direct since the name was on the truck and it wasn't Sears.
Giovanni arrived within the scheduled window provided, inspected the machine, diagnosed the problem, made necessary repairs, cleaned up the work area and now my machine works again.
