Repeated cancelled or failed repair appts, Over a month and a half and still no working dishwasher. No matter how pleasant, the service sucks.
Two years ago, we bought a Kenmore side-by-side fridge, and a "5 Year Master Service Plan" which cost $579. The refrigerator failed. It took MORE THAN TWO WEEKS to get a technician to visit to assess our defunct refrigerator, for the parts to arrive, and for another technician to come install the news compressor and freon filter that were deemed to be the cause of the diminished cooling power (freezer +27, fridge +50).
