Service repair man was professional and on time. Diagnosed our problem within a few minutes. I gave this company 1 star because of the outrageous labor charge of 500 dollars to replace a 60 dollar part that would only take 30-45 minutes to install.
Will use again, great job
The repair work was delayed by first sending a technician who did not know how to do the work and then no technician came to a second scheduled appointment. Attempts to confer with Sears about the lack of service was made impossible due to the only employees available were out of country call center workers. We were able to confirm that technicians would show up for a third appointment since we had the telephone number of the first technician to come to the house. Gary was very thorough with my window a/c maintenance & cleaning, despite being short an assistant to help remove my a/c from the window. He was overbooked today, but called and volunteered to come out, even though it was going to be later, which I appreciated. He was efficient and left the area clean as he found it and was pleasant to me and my large dog.
