Nearly impossible to talk to a human. Even if you do, communication is very poor. Have spent over a month trying to get a washer fixed. Spent over two hours on the phone trying to get things sorted out. Every dialog wound up with me getting transferred around and/or hung up on. Finally just gave up after rescheduling appt. Still have no answers to my questions. Cancelling ASAP. Intend to write full reviews on all major outlets and filing w/ BBB. Has got to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Never showed and randomly rescheduled when it was convenient for them with communication the day before assuming I was available.
I am so happy I called them! They are very professional. I had my washer and dryer serviced. The repair person was knowledgeable on what he was doing. Will use them again!
