The response on the first call was excellent, the tech was very knowledgeable and the replacement part was ordered and the service for the first visit, part and future repair paid in advance. However, the repair part was delivered to my home and I realized that there is no person to text, email or talk to. There are no categories for the 'I got the part please arrange the Tech to install & it's all paid for'. So it's necessary to arrange another 'first visit'.
