The only thing is I was without a washer for a week were a family of 7 hope would come faster but the guy was nice
I tried to place an appointment for washing machine repair. Phone center spent majority of the time trying to sell me warranties and other products I didn't request.
Technician did his job very well. The price for the damper was ridiculously high.
The repair specialist was rude to my son-in-law, told him to leave the basement, this is my home snd he wanted to be there. The problem was not fixed and when I called to report this, I was told the system was being upgraded and to call back in an hour. I ended up calling 4 times before finally getting to report they hadn't fixed it. I was told that they would send the repair person back and to expect a call from scheduling within 2 hours to have them return.
