Highly professional.
Not pleased. I paid $150 for a guy to tell me he thinks he knows what's wrong with my refrigerator...but doesn't have any parts to fix it. Waste of time and money.
Same Experience as Patrick Johnsons review posted 2 months ago. I had a warranty repair from LG with you guys set for February 8th 2021. 2 weeks later, when that time came around, you guys were a no show on the repair. You stated that there was no appointment ever made but you were aware of the warranty repair.. So you set up for March 8th. You called us on 3/5/2021 to tell us that you were not going to make it due to overbooking and pushed us out another 3 weeks (3/23/2021). I'd bet money you wont show up there either.
