I have been having a lot of trouble with my Samsung dishwasher. Every time I call for a repair it takes over a week to get the technician to the house and they always have to order parts. This requires us to have to reschedule for another week. Obviously the two parts he ordered didn't fix the problem. The technician obviously did not check to see if that fixed the problem. The first time I went to use it the same problem occurred. I would actually like for them to send a repair technician who can fix the problem.
We called for repair of our 14 year old front loader washer. The repairman that arrived went straight to work and kept us apprised of the problems. He was professional and knowledgeable and we now hope to get another 14 Year’s.
Service techs are always professional and on time. I can depend on them to do a comprehensive annual check on all my appliances and electronics.
Repairman was on time, courteous, and professional even though he had personal pressing issues. Very happy.
The technicians who serviced our appliances were excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and they arrived when expected.
