Scheduling service online was extremely easy. Slots were available the very next day. Tech showed up exactly when the website said he would, plus he called before heading to my house to confirm that I understood the callout ("diagnostic") fee and how they accept payment. I called Sears repair because my dishwasher was not functioning. The technician arrived between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 on the day of the appointment. I took off the entire day from work to be here for a 20 minute service call. He diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire in the dishwasher but said that it couldn't be fixed because that particular wiring harness was no longer available. I spent an hour trying to get local repair for my Sears Microwave. I was sent to different phone numbers, none of which helped. One person suggested that someone could come to my home for $249.00 to repair the microwave. The customer service people were totally unhelpful.
