Sears came out in Dec. and worked on my trash compactor. There were two pieces that were to be ordered and when they came they would come out and put them in. After multiple automated calls, several hours on the phone trying to get thru to a customer service rep and having paid up front----only one of the two parts have showed up and no one has followed through.
