Great store, great service. Tammy and Scott are very knowledgeable about every single appliance in their store. They specialize in service after the sale. We haven't been disappointed yet. Glad they're in our town. Please patron if you can.
This is the second time I have tried to get parts from this store and was not able to. First was for my Coleman grill, now my Craftsman lawn tractor, both items are flagship brands of Sears, and now I needed new blades. And of course I did not have my model number, but that is not the problem. The 2 boys that tried to help me were lost because of no serial number. They had no other resources or experience to draw from and were unable to even try any other source. This is the second time those boys were in the same boat. I do... read more
