Waited the entire day was told I would get text updates but never did. Had my mother waiting at my house for 4 hours on her only day off, called in they still wouldn’t give us a time frame. Then 15 minutes before the window of time was over they cancelled. It was extremely difficult to make arrangements for a 4 hour window of time for them to cancel.
