We are looking for an upright freezer. Im well aware that they are hard to find at this point, but Sears Hometown Vicksvurg told us that s specific upright freezer was able to be ordered and shipped to store. He provided us with a stock number. When we called the Natchez store and asked if we could have it shipped there, we were immediately dismissed before we could give them any information and told "No they can't do that." At the time you called it was not allowing us to order the particular upright freezer you called about. We are hoping that all register and computer issues will be resolved by opening tomorrow.
