Sears is the very best. Todd and Konnie strive for the best service, prices, products and advice. I always get my appliances through them and am always so pleased. Locally owned and operated by wonderful people. Shopping local is so important!!
Great local owned store! The customer service is above and beyond what you will get at a big box store! I can't recommend them enough!
TERRIBLE customer service! I was wrongly charged by their racist repairmen. NO HELP OR RECOURSE FROM SEARS, OR THESE OWNERS. I have discovered this is a BIG problem with Sears. Feel free to message me for details. This is no exaggeration.
