They have since transfered ownership since I moved in and they lady is real nice and working w me if I'm late but as I'm closing out one unit I cannot get anybody to answer the phone and half my shelves and anything that was 4 to 6 inches off the floor on the left side of the unit are ruined. And that was the unit that was remodeled has electricity but is shorter than the other unit. Really wished I would read the reviews before moving in to begin w. Paid for a climate controlled unit and discovered my stuff was moldy when I moved out. One of my wooden tables was also warped from the lack of climate control. I asked for them to replace just the table, which would have been cheap. Never heard back. The owner always seemed nice but did not make things right when given the opportunity. Do not bring your stuff here.
