We found glass all over the inside of the vehicle, ie: cup holders, that wasn't cleaned up and still areas of concern, such as: sap on the vehicle, and hail damage on the back doors on passenger side. 4 Star : Customer Service I did a lot of communicating with Searl regarding weekly updates on fixing my vehicle. 0 Star : Returned Clean
