1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The repair looks good. There were areas that could have been done better. We found glass all over the inside of the vehicle, ie: cup holders, that wasn't cleaned up and still areas of concern, such as: sap on the vehicle, and hail damage on the back doors on passenger side. 4 Star : Customer Service I did a lot of communicating with Searl regarding weekly updates on fixing my vehicle. 0 Star : Returned Clean
