4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Was ok, paint scuff areas didn’t polish out as well as expected, but also tail light rattled a bit loose since grommet attaches to is missing. I assume it may have broke when they removed broken light and they didn’t have replacement on hand so is okay but not as good as could have been repaired. I can fix both of these items myself, but since was insurance repair does cost me a little extra. 5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean

I dropped off my car in on Monday, expecting to pick up on Friday and they called me on Wednesday and had it completed. Not only was the work outstanding from a collision they touched up a couple other areas that were not part of the collision. Add to that my car was washed and vacuumed.
