Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and I could not be more disappointed. Our steaks took forever to come out, and once we finally received the food, every steak was burnt and dry — basically like jerky. It was horrible. The drinks were just as bad. Had my first experience at Seared to celebrate a friend's birthday, what a great time!! I tried the French Onion soup, which is served in the traditional brown ceramic bowl, and was amazing. My entree was the bison short ribs, and I'm being literal when I say the meat almost completely came right off the bone at first touch, the meat was incredibly tender and so flavorful! I cannot recommend this place enough! I got the Filet with the Au Poivre sauce with Corn Chorizo Risotto, and it was the best thing I’ve had in awhile. I had nearly lost hope in finding a good risotto, so this delicious risotto was a much needed dish. Au Poivre sauce might be my new favorite sauce.
