He used to be a great dr. Here lately he's just been giving both kids random diagnosis, and not been very helpful. Should have gotten away from them years ago, when they gave EXPIRED shots to my oldest son. Even recommended I send my youngest to school even if he was running a fever. 🙃 Not a happy momma.
He did one good thing for my daughter years ago, making us loyal to him. However, he, in recent years, has made a steep decline in his ability to treat my daughter, which has recently led me to seek treatment elsewhere. Dr Wilkins rarely spends more than a few seconds with my daughter and only tests her when asked directly.
This dr is above and beyond the best dr my son absolutely loves to see the dr now
I have never had a problem until now. Mainly because when we would go in it would be because of the common cold or ear infection. The first time my son has something serious going on and needs a referral to Children's I can't get them to get it sent over. We have been waiting for 3 months now. I have been calling and leaving voicemails and never get a call back. I'm so sick of the way they are treating my 2 year old son, who just needs a hearing test! Going to another Pediatrician and DO NOT recommend Dale Wilkins.
