Have always appreciated the responsiveness and work of Searcy Heat and Air. They have earned my trust and business. They respond quickly and show up on time and if they will be delayed then we usually get an update on their time of arrival. They communicate well before, during and after. This was Billy’s first time here after other techs have been here several times in the last 3+ years trying to keep our older units going. Quality of service has been the same no matter who shows up.
