Jacob was also courteous, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to take care of us, get us on a maintenance plan, and minimize costs. Michael from Searcy Heat and Air did a great job determining issue with our Samsung Mini Split unit. He spent time on the phone with the manufacturer and all parts to repair unit were covered under warranty. They did a great job tracking down parts from 3 different locations to get parts quickly. Great customer service. We will be using them in future for all our HVAC needs!
