came in for for my sore eye made a appointment got there with everything I needed they told me over the phone to bring them told me I needed my medical insurance all I wanted is my eye checked out this was first time in and my last time coming to a place that doesn't want to help
I am utterly disgusted. Highly offended. Staff is fine; other than me being bold face lied to on the phone about being put on a list to stay updated on my four year olds glasses after waiting over 2 months for them. Not one update call, & now an appointment scheduled for three days shy of an additional month. I want answers & options. & A lab contact number. I have updated insurance papers stating my daughter's insurance is active. Highly disappointed, & my daughter's vision is deteriorating daily. This is beyond unacceptabl... read more
