Biggest waste of $1300 I have ever spent in my life. I found more information through a $69 ancestry.com test, Facebook and a white pages search than this company. They stopped communicating with me a couple of years ago and gave up. Horrible company. I can't believe this was recommended by Dr. Phil's "Troy the Locator" friend.

My daughter hired Search Quest America to find my birth mother for me. I was born and adopted in New York City and it is very very difficult to find out any information in New York. I knew the name of the adoption agency in New York. After obtaining a copy of the redacted adoption file for the investigator Julie and furnishing it to her, she located my still-living birth mother in Staten Island, New York within a week! Horrible. It has been over 1 year, no results, No information shared, no accountability. Do not spend our money on this company. They do not return calls, will not give you any information they find,( if they find any) and basically take your money and say they are working on your case with no updates, no proof, no anything. Complete waste of money, and time.
