I recently dined at Sear Black Hills for my birthday and had a very disappointing experience. I want to start by saying that the service from the staff was generally friendly and attentive, and I appreciate the efforts that were made to address my concerns. We all had a Delicious meal and had great service.
Olivia made our day! She was so personable and made us feel welcome from the start. Our meal was excellent with the slight exception of my petite filet which was a little overdone. It was still very flavorful and tender, just closer to medium well than the medium rare/medium that I ordered. My husband's ribeye was perfect. The salads and potatoes were delicious. Olivia is the type of employee any manager would be lucky to have. She's a true gem!
