The help was really great, and the steak was fantastic. I recommend that place to anybody that loves steak.
We had another great experience at Sear! We went for lunch and were able to order some steaks off the dinner menu, while one of our guests had a fabulous burger. Steaks were cooked perfection and the onion rings we started with the were delightful - crispy yet tender with a couple of excellent dipping sauces. Cocktails were great! Service was excellent, and the ambience was upscale casual. GO - we love Sear!
I'm sorry to say our experience was not great!! The steaks were pretty bad (rib-eye way too fatty & filet more like a smash burger with no flavor), the server was personable but didn't listen very well. Truffle fries, salads & deserts were good, but my coffee was served cold!
My dad and I are visiting s.d. and staying in rapid city for the final night and wanted a good steak. Well this place didn't give a great steak, it was stellar. Everything we had tonight was phenomenal. The waitress Tatyana was amazing as well. Real professional and service was excellent. If your a local or just visiting you all need to go here.If I return to s.d. I sure will.
