The units doesn’t have AC, they don’t have after hour employees to help people locked out of their apartments, and so much more
Don't waste your time living here. Never any parking, 3 months minimum to get something fixed in your apartment . Management very unprofessional. Only thing they care about is the rent. Sincerely future former resident
You don't want to live here. The stupid washer and dryers never work, there's always cops around, cars get broken into, roaches and bugs, and useless management. I've been here for over 4 years. They've changed management every year. This one "Avanath" is by far the worst. I'm waiting until they get tired of it too and sell off to someone else. These apartments are not worth it. Almost forgot. The security guards are useless. They spend more time at 7/11 and the mall than they do actually patrolling.
