I hired Sean to get and lay 1000 sq ft of bahia grass sod in the far back of my property. This is the easement area, approximately a 83' by 12' area. DR Horton who built my house that I moved into around Feb 2022 did not install sod in this easement area. I constantly had to spray grass killer here, a PITA! This guy is a scam artist. The cut job on my yard was terrible, almost like he was drunk while mowing it. Scalped everywhere, cut so short it turned brown in most places. My 9 year old could have done a better job, It was just embarrassing. I asked for my money back but got nothing but attitude. I'd give negative stars if I could. I hired another local guy and it was a night and day difference in professionalism.

They did a great job trimming the bamboo and pepper trees. Very professional.
