The middle aged man with the glasses does not know how to cut hair. I wish I knew his name. He did a decent job on my fade and asked if i wanted the sides trimmed and i replied "Is one side longer than the other?" And he did NOT understand so he replies with "trim?". I ask the same question 2 more times and he replies with "trim?" both times.
