PLEASE READ! This property management company is beyond unprofessional and incapable of managing properties. Sean Zanganeh, Rebecca Arce have sent three electricians over 4 months and couldn’t figure out why a 15amp breaker in a rental they manage continued to malfunction causing countless blackouts for the resident. PLEASE READ! This property management company is beyond unprofessional. Sean Zanganeh, Rebecca Arce and his "team" have sent three electricians over 3-4 months and can't figure out why a 15amp breaker in the house continued to malfunction causing countless blackouts, in addition, why a washer/dryer outlet continue to malfunction leaving residents to use laundry mats.
