Really disappointed with Dr. Gunning. I took my daughter to see him last week because she developed a new rash that was not going away. During the appointment, it felt like he did not care much about her condition and simply stated that it was a post-illness rash, even though she had not recently been sick. He prescribed a stronger steroid cream and told us it was nothing to worry about. The next day, I took her back because she was not sleeping due to the severe itching. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the next available slot was in two weeks. Since my rash has been really bothering me, I asked if there was any possibility of being seen sooner. Unfortunately, the response I received was very rude and dismissive. I was told in a raised and disrespectful tone, “Ma’am, I just said that’s the first available.
