In 2016, Dr. Gunning probably helped to save my life by diagnosing a scalp condition as having developed MRSA. My chief complaint that week was itchy scalp. I saw my PCP's assistant on Monday and again on Wednesday because it started hurting. Monday she said it was dandruff; Wednesday she said it was eczema.
