Our family switched from Methodist doctors years ago for insurance purposes and Dr. Mullendore (CHI) is wonderful. He's patient and thorough. I've never felt rushed at any appointment and I tend to ask a lot of questions. His staff is always friendly. We've had nothing but good experiences at his office!
First of all, he never did tell me what was my diagnosis. He just prescribed me some medication and referred me to physical therapy. It wasn’t until I filled my prescription and googled the medication that I found out what my diagnosis was. He also gave me very short answers to my questions. When I came back to follow up with him because I was still having pain, he told me to wait another 3 to 4 months to come back if I was still in pain.
