Dr. To does not understand certain aspects of medicine . He tends to give false information. Also he definitely is not a specialist in geriatric medicine. His lack of understanding of medicine is scary.
I saw THE PA ON MY 1ST APPT. AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL HELP WITH MY CHRONIC DESEASE I HAVE THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN, BUT FROM A EARLIER NON CARING PHYSICIAN AND ASSURED ME THAT ONCE THEY GOT THE RESULTS FROM MY NEWLY ORDERD LABS THEY WOULD GET RIGHT ON IT. 2ND APPT I SAW DR. SEAN TO WHO ADVISED ME TO CHANGE MY HEALTH PLAN ( PREVIOUS ONE DOES NOT HAVE A SELECTION OF SPECIALIST I NEED.) THEN THEY SCHEDULED MY NEXT APPT. 3 MONTHS AWAY ,ALSO TELLING ME NO MATTER WHAT STAGE OF CHRONIC DESEASE I AM IN THEY CAN AND WILL HELP ME.... read more
Office personnel do not submit paperwork to proper authorities had to constantly call and remind them to do their job!
Dr. Sean To was maybe a good doctor early in his career but today he doesn't care at all and it shows. He doesn't care to research alternative reasons for problems people are having and is very dismissive. I also did not appreciate the assistants he has going into the room with him to see patients and having the assistants type up what he says on the computer. It's invasive.
