The front desk staff were nice and so was the doctor. The only issue was having to wait nearly two hours to see the doctor because he got behind due to other outside commitments. (Surgery?)
Dr Armin is an actual life saver. Him and his office staff are kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr Armin walked me through exactly what to do and expect from day one. I was crippled for several months with a severe pinched nerve in my back. If it wasn’t for Dr Armin and his team I would’ve suffered several months longer than necessary. I am so grateful and can’t thank them enough. NO MORE PAIN !
Really unprofessional and horrible customer service. Reception and Doctor don’t care and keep canceling appointments like nothing. They don’t care about patients. Stay away at all costs.
I wish I could put zero stars! These people are playing with people, life’s and conditions! They cancel my appointment twice in a row The day of the appointment, although I was waiting for a month and a half with the excuse that the doctor is busy twice in a row. I have a condition that needs to be treated and they don’t even care. Please stay away from them They are unprofessional and terrible medical providers!!! Horrible people and doctor.
