Shanese was awesome. Answered the phone quickly and within 20 minutes she had quoted me, gone over my policy to help me understand exactly what my benefits and limitations were, and had a new policy packet with insurance card ready for me by the time I was done with my lunch meeting. 10/10 recommend visiting her for your insurance needs.
