Nearly impossible get someone to pick up the phone, much less schedule an appointment. It's an infinitely frustrating experience just trying to be seen.

Excellent service by the PA. UNFORTUNATELY front desk not good. Maybe not enough workers to handle workload or not enough pay. Not sure. But two of the PAs literally saved my life.

Greg E. Barron, MD had owned this practice until his retirement in 2015. He had an excellent staff that were very prompt in responding to inquiries, setting up appointments, and getting authorizations to Specialists. Since Dr. Barron was my PCP since 1988, I was disappointed when he retired, with his practice taken over by Sean R. Thomas, MD. Dr. Barron died in a tragic auto accident in 2016.
