Very professional: reasonable wait times between personnel; courteous staff; thorough exam and explanation of situation by Dr. Platt.
Dr Platt has done an amazing job helping with my eye issues.
From the first phone call to schedule the appointment, to the minute I left after my appointment, the customer service was exemplary! I had interactions with 5 staff members, including Dr. Sean Platt. They were all kind, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Retina Associates to anyone in need of a retina specialist. Thankfully, I don't need to return but would have complete confidence in having them treat me.
