Don’t rent with them ! After 21 days I still don’t have my security deposit back so I decided to stop by then the lady in charge explained me because they made deductions to it , i seriously don’t know why. They are here to cash your money nothing else. The worse it’s when I agreed to let them show the house for one potential renter they showed up with 2 brokers and 13 guys !!! Trust me I can keep going on with fact So be advised if you decide to work with them
I have been working with Sean Pisapia for several months handling the preparation and sale of a property in my absence. Sean is a wonderful person and so helpful. I live in another state and he has done everything for me to help. I have never been so impressed with a person in the Real Estate Profession.
