Only reason these guys received 2 stars rather than 1star is due to the fact that Dr. Stoneking actually listened and made good recommendations. I was in a debilitating critical painful state with back injury. Could barely walk into the doctors office. His scheduling team showed no sense of urgency scheduling the injection. I had to contact my insurance company to have them connect with Stoneking office. If I could I would give this office a negative star review, they don't even deserve a 1 star review. I was referred to Dr Stoneking by my Primary Doctors Office for severe lower back pain caused by arthritis and degenerative disc disease on Sept 11, 2024. Over the next 2 weeks I left several voice mails (No one ever answers the phone). I had a follow up with my Primary Doctor on Sept 27th and told them I never heard back fron Stonekings office so they called. Have been trying to schedule an appointment for 6 weeks and ZERO responses from the office. I was a patient back in 2016 and loved this office but they have definitely gone down hill. Calls will be returned within 24 hours should NOT be on your recording if staff has no intention of returning calls.
Knowledgeable, friendly. Takes time to evaluate and answer questions. Takes individual into account, Nurses are friendly, efficient. Secretary can be rude.
