This office is a perfect example of how not to run a pain management practice. Every single time I need a prescription, it turns into a drawn-out, stressful process full of delays and excuses. Prescriptions are routinely sent to pharmacies without anyone checking if the medication is in stock — which causes unnecessary suffering for patients who are already in pain. I have been a patient with Dr. Stoneking for more than 12 years, or so. He has handled all my pain needs. I trust him to do any medical procedure on my body. And when we have exhausted all pain management avenues, he WILL refer me to another doctor. In most cases, that is usually when surgery is required. His bedside manner is exceptional. I don’t know if there’s enough space, I hope. I have degenerative disc disease as well as multiple sclerosis. My neurologist, sent me to “Dr. Too Young”. He suggested epidural steroids. I was reluctant at first, due to the fact that I had them many years ago and they really hadn’t helped much anyway.
