The office has online pre-screening and check-in which is convenient but an inconvenient 3% credit/debit transaction fee. The wait was a bit long as I had to wait an hour to be seen which was a bit long considering there was only 2 patients ahead of me. Once in the private rooms, the wait was about 15 additional minutes, however Dr. O Meara was so professional and hands on, it made the wait worth it. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of Foot and Ankle Partners of El Paso, specifically regarding my recent interaction with Dr. Sean O’Meara. As an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, I expected this clinic to operate with transparency, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care.
