I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. McNally and his whole team. From start to finish, I felt cared for, listened to, and understood. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the entire office is just so sweet. I was an out-of-state patient looking for top surgery and they made every effort to make my surgery and recovery as smooth and painless as possible. Won’t stop calling me even though I already returned call and said I was going with a doctor that doesn’t charge 160$ just for a consult. They spam your inbox.
I am amending my review based upon the response from the clinic below. I reached out for a consult for a very small scar revision (scar less than the size of my pinky nail). They want to charge $165 just for the consult! I still might have considered it if they could have given me a general range of what scar revision for very small scar costs, but they wouldn’t. I received top surgery from Dr. McNally just a week ago and I am so incredibly happy with the results! Prior to the surgery, Dr. McNally made me feel very confident and as an anxious person, that says a lot! He & his team are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very safe as a queer person as well. Dr. McNally and his team are AMAZING. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful, I felt very listened to the entire time. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my many questions. The turnaround time was unheard of and my top surgery results came out absolutely perfect and exactly how I wanted. 11/10 experience, I cannot thank them enough and I cannot recommend them enough.
