Excellent service! Clean & welcoming. Staff was lovely-very friendly, Dr. Carroll was professional & kind. Good bed-side manner. Found a concern with a tooth I had no idea was there & now I have a plan of action before it becomes an issue. I needed an emergency appointment. I understood it might be difficult to get in-as it was last minute & appointments fill up fast. The office staff is very unprofessional. They changed my dental appointment without asking me or letting me know. When I called for a dental emergency as my front tooth cracked, they gave me appointment for eight days later and when I spoke to the office manager, she rudely said appointments are money and without appointments we don’t have money. I waited over 6 months to get an appointment, I show up on the day of your CONFIRMED appointment (via text msg) and they do not have me on the schedule? You get another appointment for the following morning but you wake up sick and call to reschedule and they tell you that they have nothing?? I have been a patient at this office since Dr. Potchney owned it, I was a little kid so over 50 years and this is the treatment you get!
