The office staff is very unprofessional. They changed my dental appointment without asking me or letting me know. When I called for a dental emergency as my front tooth cracked, they gave me appointment for eight days later and when I spoke to the office manager, she rudely said appointments are money and without appointments we don’t have money. I waited over 6 months to get an appointment, I show up on the day of your CONFIRMED appointment (via text msg) and they do not have me on the schedule? You get another appointment for the following morning but you wake up sick and call to reschedule and they tell you that they have nothing?? I have been a patient at this office since Dr. Potchney owned it, I was a little kid so over 50 years and this is the treatment you get! This office has the most amazing staff from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Sean is kind, caring, professional, and experienced. He has his patient’s best interest at heart. He takes the time to answer any questions you might have, has a calming demeanor, and most of all is trustworthy. Betsy does an amazing job at cleaning your teeth and is very gentle. I appreciate the expertise and comfort this office provides so much that I travel 1200 miles each year for my checkup and any work that needs to be done.
