I had the first of my contracted twice-yearly maintenance visits on 3/17/26. The technician was not receptive to my stated issues with my condo's a/c system. I told him I was not seeing adequate cooling. He was most interested in getting me to sign a new maint. contract! I had to insist that he check the outside unit of the system even though he though it best to use scare tactics and predict that the low outside temp would cause a freeze-up!
