i am very imprressed by the way SMI conducts their business. When I called to inquire about a rental, i actually got a rreal person to speak with. As promised, Ashley, the property mgr. contacted me promptly to arrange a viewing time. i was quite impressed how welcoming, professional, and accomodating Ashley is. I have been living under the management of SMI for the past two years and Ashley Pool is the manager for our community and I moved into a bigger place recently with a super smooth transition. Ashley is efficient, attentive and is really nice. You can tell she cares and am glad she recently took over as the property manager for our cottages. SMI is a good property management and I plan to be here long term. Thank you again for everything Ashley!

Last week, I met with Marc (rep for SMI) to view a small office for rent in the 1210 Central building. I fell in love with the office and told Marc I was interested. He gave me my application and said I would get the office. When I came back from the holiday weekend, I contacted Marc again and said I wanted the office and I was getting all paperwork completed and would have the lease paid in full for the year.
