Hes an amazing listener, and really helps one get through their trama. Like myself, mine started from when I was a child and he figured that out on our first visit. He is such an amazing individual. Ive never felt so comfortable to speak to anyone about my life changing past. I would be in the same terrible loop of insanity if it wernt for my doctor Sean McCarthy. He has saved my life. I worked with Dr. McCarthy for 10 years and have the utmost respect for him. He see's each person as an individual, shows concern and care for those he is treating.
Many, many years ago, in 1995, my late husband was under the care of Dr. McCarthy and a local psychologist for a bi-polar condition, exacerbated by alcoholism. The treatment he got from both was far from satisfactory, as was the advice I got from them. While under their care, my husband took his life and left me and our three children devastated. Dr. McCarthy is a very educated doctor and has helped me in through some tough pivotal hardships in my life. I've over came alot of dark depression stemming from my past because of this man. He is a very well rounded individual and views his patients as friends. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help with any problems they may be facing in life today. Let him help you heal, he's amazing!

Dr. McCarthy is the best!! Kind man, very helpful appointment. His front desk staff is super rude though.
Amazing psychiatrist! Has been there for me through so many things for the last 20 years. I would recommend him to anyone! He really does care about his patients and what they are going through. Has shown over and over again that he only wants what is best for me.
