Dr. Mcmillan is the reason I can use my arm and not be in pain everyday. He fixed my shoulder too . I went through so many other doctors before I found him and wish I saw him first. I recommend him to anyone. He listens and spends the time needed for you to explain your issues. He's open minded and fixes the problem. He's like the Patch Adams of our time.
