Used to be a wonderful place to go but has gone down hill unfortunately. Very unorganized and transactional feeling. They'll clean your teeth and look for ways to charge you more, but that's about it. If you're considering a dentist for your family, I suggest looking at some other ones in Southlake instead.
I had a crown and filling done yesterday and Dr. Patel did an amazing job! Her assistant Veronica was great!!! I recommend Dr. Patel for all your dental needs.
I went here for about 2 years. March 2024 the dentist was so late the hygienist let me leave before the reviewed my X-rays saying I’d hear from them if there were any issues. September 2024 I went in and mysteriously had a cavity, my first one ever in my 28 years. They quickly made me an appointment to get a filling the next day. I felt super pressured and cancelled quickly after I left. I went to a different dentist 6 months later, no cavities. No idea what would have been considered a cavity. Highly recommend Dr.Patel and her staff Gillian. They were amazing, took great care of us. Other dentist gave us so many problems and they were great, understanding and trustworthy!
Today I went for a teeth cleaning and if there were 100 stars I would give more the lady who works there her name is Mrs. MAI she is my and my family's favorite she is amazing she is very sweet and she works very well I hate going to the dentist but the way she does the cleaning I don't feel anything I will be very sad when she retires one day!!!!!!! Mrs Mai you are amazing ! My family and I love you !!!
