I really like Dr. Liyanage but the staff at Valley Health Physicians Alliance in Centennial Hills are horrible. They never answer the phones nor do they check or respond to messages. I called 12 times on Tuesday and finally left a message. No response at all. I just called again this afternoon and they told me they had phone system issues. This is the same reason they told me months ago when they did not get back. I really just want to ask the Dr a question and get scheduled as was distressed. Dr. Liyanage is very honest and caring, and has a very good bedside manner. He even called me when he saw a warning sign after seeing my blood works and cat scan that wasn't my scheduled appointment. He referred me very quickly to the right doctor to take action. It is very easy to schedule online as well when you need him. He is the best primary doctor for me. Love Dr Sean he listens and gets things done but good luck getting through on the phone. Always "leave a message" They open at 8a. I had to have a lab order by 12n they did not order or Quest would cancel my appointment and that also would cancel my special procedure. I stayed up after working nights to call first thing 8a. Spent 35 minutes trying to get anyone on any extension to answer the phone. Didn't happen. Seriously need to find a better way,.
