Dr. Liyanage is very honest and caring, and has a very good bedside manner. He even called me when he saw a warning sign after seeing my blood works and cat scan that wasn't my scheduled appointment. He referred me very quickly to the right doctor to take action. It is very easy to schedule online as well when you need him. He is the best primary doctor for me. Love Dr Sean he listens and gets things done but good luck getting through on the phone. Always "leave a message" They open at 8a. I had to have a lab order by 12n they did not order or Quest would cancel my appointment and that also would cancel my special procedure. I stayed up after working nights to call first thing 8a. Spent 35 minutes trying to get anyone on any extension to answer the phone. Didn't happen. Seriously need to find a better way,.
I think that he is a very good doctor. However, it is impossible to reach the office as all you can do is leave a message which does not get returned. Myself and a medical device company have been trying to reach his office for a month now. I find it very uncomfortable that I cannot reach my doctor.
I called my pharmacy 4 days ago for a refill. They could not get in touch with this group since. Today, I called the office 9 times with no luck and tried to find them through the patient portal; they're MIA. Can't get in touch with dr. Liyanage for anything.
