Both of my daughter’s knee caps have always tracked slightly off but no dislocation or the like. Instead of insisting she try other non-invasive options (like an injection) he suggested surgery on one of her knees...even though both had the issue. She was only 18 with no clue of the risks involved, and Keyes did NOT advise her well.
