Unfortunately, our last experience in his office wasn't a pleasant one. Our child is neurodivergent with a lot of behavioral challenges and he was pushing us to find him "alternative housing." His demeanor was condescending, which was deeply upsetting considering our child had been seeing him for a while. My child was also very upset when we left the office. Though nonverbal, it was still clear to our child how his energy was. We had to make the difficult decision to move on at that point.
Dr. Holdridge is an excellent doctor. Sheila and the ladies in the office are excellent. They always take great care of you just like Dr. Holdridge. He always fits you in when you have a problem and he always takes great care of the children. Definitely would recommend him to everybody that I know that has children. I've been with him since my son was about a year old so that's almost 14 years now. He's looking after my granddaughter for the past 8 years. Definitely will not switch. Hopefully he will not retire anytime soon
The ladies in the office are always super accommodating, kind and professional. I have four kids and my 3 boys go to him (my daughter just feels more comfortable with a female doctor). We like his nonchalant approach to the way he checks over them which gives them a sense of ease. There is still a lot of compassion there but the casual take on check ups is where it's at. Especially for anxious children. We're very happy with Dr. Holdridge and his office.
Very knowledgeable and straightforward. Very highly recommended.
