Closed on a house with Sean in 06/2023. Worked with Sean for about 6 months looking at houses. We are from out of state, so we had a lot of questions about both house construction, and the home buying process. Normally I don't do reviews on social media, this is probably my 2nd or 3rd one overall but truly deserved. Sean is great to work with and is patient enough to listen to all our queries, concerns & ideas. He is not at all pushy and gives us his best views/options and then lets us do our own decision making. Also he is always willing to show us multiple options/properties and is very flexible to work with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Colorado.
