Mr Clarkin should rethink his strategy of treating customer since he get a really good $$$ for it. We meet him as a rally rude, and not buyer oriented agent. He was more busy with his phone and yelling at us than actually selling this property which should be his main job. He yelled at my wife, our lawyer and my self. Not sure if that is customer service.
